Privacy Policy

M Tribus ("we," "us," "our") operates mtribus.com (the "Site"), an informational and brand-storytelling site for BLITZBURGH™ Pittsburgh heritage apparel. This policy describes what information we collect from visitors, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information through this Site. mtribus.com has no contact form, no email sign-up or newsletter, no account system, and no checkout — every purchase happens entirely on Etsy, a separate platform this Site links to but does not operate.

Cookies & Analytics

We do not use cookies of any kind, and no analytics or tracking script is loaded on this Site. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated first, and any non-essential tracking will not begin firing until you've actively consented.

This Site does load typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) so pages display correctly. Loading a font sends your browser's IP address and standard request information (like your browser type) to Google — the same kind of information any website request sends to any server. We do not use this to identify or track you, and we do not receive any data back from Google as a result. No cookies are set by this font loading.

Third-Party Links

This Site links out to two external platforms, neither of which we operate:

• Etsy (etsy.com/shop/MTRIBUS) — where all purchases are actually made. Any information you provide to complete a purchase (name, address, payment details) is collected and handled by Etsy under Etsy's own Privacy Policy, not by us.
• Pinterest (pinterest.com/BlitzburghOfficial) — our social presence, governed by Pinterest's own Privacy Policy.

Visiting either linked platform is subject to that platform's own privacy practices, not this one.

Your Rights

Because we do not collect any personal information through this Site, there is nothing for us to sell, share, retain, or delete on your behalf. If our practices ever change, this policy will be updated to disclose exactly what's collected and why, before that change takes effect.

If you have any question about this policy, or believe we hold information about you that isn't described above, you may write to us at the address below.

Data Security

This Site is served entirely over HTTPS/TLS. Because no personal information is collected or stored by this Site, there is no visitor data at rest for us to secure.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy if our practices change. Any update will be reflected in the "Effective Date" above.
